Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 10, 2026 | Last Updated: August 10, 2026
B2B Catalyst ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at b2bcatalyst.com (the "Site") or engage with our services.
What changed in this version: we now use analytics and advertising technologies on the Site, including a LinkedIn retargeting pixel. A previous version of this policy said we did not. Section 5 describes exactly what runs and how to turn it off.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly: contact information (name, email, phone, company, job title) when you book a diagnostic call, fill out a form, or communicate with us. Engagement data you share during consulting engagements, including call recordings, CRM exports, email data, and pipeline information.
Information collected automatically: pages visited, time on page, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type. This is collected through the technologies listed in Section 5, and only those in the "Strictly necessary" category run before you consent.
Advertising identifiers. If you consent, LinkedIn may recognise your browser across other sites where LinkedIn technology is present. This is what allows us to show you our ads on LinkedIn after you have visited the Site, and it is cross-site tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to deliver our services (GTM diagnostics, constraint analysis, consulting), communicate with you, understand which marketing works, improve the Site, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, use engagement data for any purpose other than delivering services to you, or share confidential business data with other clients.
3. How We Share Your Information
We share information with the service providers named in Section 5 and Section 6, each acting under its own terms; where required by law; in a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition; and otherwise only with your explicit consent.
These providers are located in the United States and may process your information there. We do not share engagement data with anyone outside our team without your explicit written consent.
4. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, secure cloud infrastructure, and confidentiality obligations covering engagement data. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use advertising and retargeting technology on this Site. The table below lists everything that sets a cookie or identifier. If it is not in this table, it is not running on the Site.
| Provider | What it does | Category | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Serves and secures the Site, and remembers your cookie choices. | Strictly necessary | Always on |
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits and measures which pages and referral sources lead to a booked call. | Analytics | Requires consent |
| HubSpot | Sets a visitor identifier so that, if you later submit a form, we can connect that submission to the pages you viewed. | Analytics | Requires consent |
| LinkedIn Insight Tag | Measures which LinkedIn campaigns lead to a booked call, and builds audiences so we can show you our ads on LinkedIn. | Advertising / retargeting | Requires consent |
How to control this. Analytics and advertising technologies load only after you consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the cookie preferences control on the Site, and you can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Withdrawing consent stops future collection; it does not delete data already collected, which you can request separately under Section 8.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no agreed standard for how to interpret them.
6. Third-Party Services
Booking a call takes you to Calendly, a separate site with its own privacy policy. Calendly does not run any code on this Site — the button is an ordinary link, and nothing is shared with Calendly unless you follow it.
The providers in Section 5 each handle data under their own policies:Google,HubSpot,LinkedIn, andCloudflare.
7. Data Retention
Contact information is retained for the duration of an active business relationship. Engagement data is retained for the engagement plus twelve months unless otherwise agreed, and you may request earlier deletion.
Analytics and advertising data are retained according to the retention settings we configure in each provider's platform, and are subject to that provider's own limits.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, opt out of marketing, request data portability, and object to processing. Contact us atprivacy@b2bcatalyst.com to exercise any of these. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site and our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Where a change materially expands how we collect or use information — as this version does — we describe it in plain language at the top of the page rather than only changing the date.
